314/365 : No. 1A Pocket Kodak Jr.

An old No. 1A Pocket Kodak Jr. I got for Christmas. More shots here.

Old cameras are so fascinating. It is neat to think that at one time someone used the camera like I use mine today. Who knows what the camera has seen and recorded, what significance it had for its original owner. It is a piece of history that goes beyond just its physical self to the images and memories it recorded. Somewhere, there are pictures that were taken with this camera. Who knows what those pictures are? They could be anything. The possibilities that an old camera holds because of its past are endless. It reminds me of the cliche "if only the walls could talk," but in this case, "if only the camera could talk!"
