So for some reason I got it in my head that I wanted to try an egg for supper this week. Not sure why. I don't eat eggs. I don't like eggs. But eggs are one of those things that I want to like; that I wished I liked. So I decided to go with my crazy brain and give it a try for supper tonight. It was okay. Didn't love it, but ate (most of) it, and didn't hate it. I think I would have liked it better if the yolk was runnier. Note to self : next time don't cook it quite so long.
One way or another I am going to make myself like eggs.
